Pet Policy
We recognize that pets are an integral part of your family and we welcome them. No more than 2 pets will be permitted per apartment. There are, however, specific breeds that we cannot accept. See the list below. This includes mixed breeds and/or similar bloodlines of a restricted breed. Additional breeds may be added if deemed necessary. If we find that your pet displays aggression and is not on the aggressive breed list we reserve the right to deny your application for housing. No exotic pets are allowed at any time. Restricted Breeds of Dogs: Pit Bulls, American Pit Bull / Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman, Rottweiler, Akita and Wolf Hybrid
